Our team prepares a detailed quote including material sourcing, container loading, freight coordination, and estimated delivery timelines.

03 — Approve Order & Deposit

A deposit is required to secure inventory, fabrication slots, container space, and international logistics coordination.

04 — Material Procurement & Container Loading

Materials are sourced, fabricated if required, staged at supplier yards, and professionally loaded into containers or freight shipments.

05 — Freight & Port Coordination

We coordinate export logistics, ocean freight scheduling, customs documentation, and port routing to your destination.

06 — Delivery & Project Receiving

Your shipment arrives at the destination port or delivery site for unloading, receiving, and final project coordination.

Full Truckload Policy

Logistics are the primary cost driver for marine supplies. To provide the best pricing, we focus on full truckload or full container shipments to maximize shipping efficiency.

Smaller quantities are only available when several orders can be combined for the same area. Most contractors pool orders to meet truckload minimums and reduce shipping fees. Note: Partial loads significantly increase your cost per item.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on product type, inventory availability, fabrication requirements, and final delivery destination.

Stocked Materials

Many standard marine construction materials sourced from domestic supplier yards can ship within 3–10 business days depending on freight scheduling and regional availability.

Fabricated & Imported Products

Custom fabricated dock systems, aluminum gangways, floating dock components, vinyl seawall systems, piling materials, and containerized Caribbean orders typically require 6–16 weeks depending on:

manufacturing schedules
export coordination
container availability
port routing
customs processing
island delivery logistics
Caribbean Project Coordination

For Caribbean and island infrastructure projects, delivery timelines may vary based on:

vessel schedules
inter-island freight routing
weather conditions
port congestion
customs clearance procedures

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates. We recommend ordering early for large-scale commercial or marine infrastructure projects.

Terms of Sale

Payment:

A 70% down payment is required to process any order. The remaining balance must be paid before your load is released. Shipments will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Accepted methods include wire transfers or ACH. Checks and cards may incur extra processing time or fees.

Custom Orders:

Many components are made to your dimensions. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled and deposits are non-refundable.

Product Variance:

Different runs of materials may have slight aesthetic variances. These do not impact the structural integrity of the equipment.

Damages:

Inspect your shipment immediately. Any damage or missing items must be recorded with photos and reported within 48 hours for claims.

Container Terms

Shipping containers are provided for temporary use. You are responsible for a deposit, refundable upon return. Unloading time is typically 7 days. Beyond this, daily fees apply until the unit is returned. You must provide a level, accessible area for the truck. Any damage to the container while on your site will result in repair charges.

Liability:

We act as a supplier only. Our responsibility ends at delivery. We do not provide installation and are not liable for third-party assembly or handling.
